Thumbs up Getting anxious!

DH washed and waxed the FF today! I've been getting my grocery and packing lists "tweaked" for our 1st trip of the summer next week. Have to get the annual Car Show and BBQ over this coming weekendbefore I can devote more attention to the trip! Of course just our luck the temps will be in the 90's for our trip! TG for air conditioning!☀️

Headed for Joplin, Missouri. We stay at this small campground off the interstate. It's ran by a lady who lost her husband. Nothing fancy, but inexpensive, quiet, shady.... We're going down to see relatives and to help with a memorial picnic to my DW's brother.

Best wishes for a wonderful time.
Our first outing of the year was over Memorial Day weekend with a trip to Pipestone, MN.
We enjoyed our time but the campground - not so much, no choice as only 1 rv campground in Pipestone.

Sorry you didn't have much fun. Seems like you sometimes just have to "buck up" and make the most of the situation.....

Have fridge packed, most of the non-perishable food, my clothes (DH still has to pack his!). Leaving early in the morning to try and beat thunderstorms! Will try to post pics of campsite, etc.

Great. We leave Wednesday. Right now it looks like rain We'd and Thursday and clear on Friday when we head back home. So 3rd trip of the year will be no hook-ups and rain. We're batting 3 for 3 so far with snow, mosquitos and black flies. At least they are only two night trips. Drive safe.

Hi Mich,
Glad to see you back on line!!!

I twisted my knee two weeks ago and then, again last week... This threw the kitchen remod back almost two weeks, well the counters are installed, but need to redo some plumbing under the sink area, rig the 135# sink the Boss picked out and set in in place, finish caulking..., and then maybe I can take care of a few fun things...

You guys have a safe trip, lots of weather headed through the cities today and headed your way... Have fun and can't wait to hear about your trip and maybe see a couple pics...
