My brother bought a buffalo and some black angus heifers once with the idea of raising beef-a-lo. Didn't work out to well. Buffalo will eat anything, pine needles even kuduz, but no fence will hold 'em! When they decide to go, they'll blow right thru a board fence. They'll tear up a pick-up truck too!!l

Some around here do raise buffalo ... not beef-a-low a cross between buffalo and cattle.

The fences are made of welded pipe and keep the buffalo contained.

I've had them walk right alongside my pickup in Yellowstone National Park and in Custer Nation Park, When in Teddy Roosevelt National Park .. several were blocking the roadway as they tend to do and a big bull took a liking to the rear tire on my pickup and spent several minutes licking it ......... also left snot on the side of the pickup box.

Growing up on a farm and raising Herford cows, I'm well aware of the strength of a cow and a Herford bull is even stronger ... can snap a rope like it was a piece of string. A buffalo is far stronger....and some call them "fluffy cows!" LOL LOL Not hardly.

Pipe Stem SP in West Virginia. Stayed about a week and still didn't see everything we wanted. We were there in April and it was still a little chilly at night. Campfire weather...

Table Rock SP in Upcountry South Carolina. Gotta be one of the most beautiful areas on earth. Hard to level up but nice big sites for a SP. Caesars Head SP is near by and really great mountain views.

Maybe try this photo posting app? Drag your picture into the box, and then copy the URL.

Edit them before you upload with Paint or whatever you use to view pictures, spin them back to normal.

You can also host them yourself on your gallery. That's what I would suggest. Here's how...

Copy and paste the "BB Code" making sure the location is within [IMG]-[/IMG,] tags.

Hopefully that helps.

I forgot to include the link to this photo-posting site -- it is really excellent and easy. Give it a try! Drag your photo in, copy the code, and then paste the code into your message.

The pictures look fine on my Chromebook but post sideways. And not every time. Some post OK and some don't.
I'm going to have to post them to Fickr next time and use the BB code. I'll just have to watch the size.

Short tripped up to Mentone Alabama for a week or so. Beautiful area to site see and relax. Mentone is a quaint little town of shops and restaurants. We camped nearby.
