This is the view from the bed to the front door. Behind that little curtain is a real washing machine. On the right is a real dishwasher. Since we are now full-time, these are things I am not willing to live without LOL. I also added a row of little boxes under the dinette side cabinets. I have done tons of mods to increase the comfort and Storage. Love my camper!!

I love that you put in a washing machine and dishwasher! That sounds like some heavy duty plumbing work. With your washing machine, did you tie into the bathroom? Or do you just put the drain in the sink when you need to? I like your table too. What are the things hanging on the side of the bathroom door? Storage or photos? Nice work PaintyLiz!

No Plumbing involved! Both the washing machine and the dishwasher are portable and designed to hook up to any faucet. Because the closet is right next to the bathroom I drilled a small hole at the rear of the closet to run the hose into the bathroom and hook up to the sink. I used to run the washer's drain line into the shower pan, but it filled up the gray tank quickly. I drilled a hole in the floor of the closet, put a piece of PVC in it and attached the washer drain. I can put a bucket under it or I can just let it run onto the ground and water the grass since it's just clothes.

The dishwasher attaches to the kitchen faucet and drains into the sink, although when we are without full hookups, I can put a bucket under it and bring it to the camp bathroom to empty. It only takes 3 gallons of water to wash a whole load of dishes. And does a much better job than I do LOL

The things on the sides of the bathroom door are photographs. I made a two long strips with vinyl that hold photographs that you can change out. I want to make a tutorial for this but I just never get around to it LOL.

Thanks, the table has been very handy. I actually have it in a different configuration right now, I need to update my tutorial. In case you're interested this is how I did it https://wackypup.blogspot.com/2016/1...diy-table.html

    Thanks for commenting!
