Gelcoat discoloring

I have a 2005 189FBS and the gelcoat is discoloring. It looks dirt but doesn't come off. I tried using different cleaners and even rubbing compound with no luck. :(

Anderson hitch

I've had my Anderson hitch for over a year and really like it. It works as a weight distribution as well as sway control and will dampen pitching too. I just returned from a 3000 mile trip out west...
