Thanks for the link, ours has been broken for a few years but since the XT 276 is in a seasonal site it only gets put in for winter and out for summer. Might be time to change it.

Roof Coating
Welcome to the Club.
We've always used Duck Coat and Duck patch from Menards. I had a camper with 8 large leaks and this stuff fixed everything. I recoat the roof with the Duck Coat every two years....
