My DW and I sleep with c-pap and bi-pap machines....

My DW and I sleep with c-pap and bi-pap machines. The best thing that helped us was converting to 2 6volt deep cycle batteries in series. We can dry camp for 2 days, even with moderate furnace use....

Being that you are running an electric heater in the camper and you are monitoring the power to the battery I would say that you should be OK. Just remember to keep an eye on the battery water level.
