Hard to say without seeing it. My concern would be that it cracked a frame piece and the roof would eventually start to sag. I'd get it checked out by someone who knows what they are doing.

We took our bunk out. I'm not sure what you mean by a brace. There is a metal edge, like an aluminum angle iron, that held up the bunk. I haven't...
