Yes... mine is a 15 amp fuse too. Seems to work. Pulling the lights is easy... I would check the wires behind the driver side front bedroom light first.... If it is bad, that would kill both lights...

The lights should work any time you try them.... if you are not plugged in then they will run off the battery. I have the same model...mine work anytime I try them.

Most likely you have a loose...
