I just got introduced to the BAL yesterday. Going to take a serious look at it. I would need the bottom of the tire 16" above the carrier.

Have any of you raised the spare tire mount on your trailer? I have a cargo rack on the back of mine and it would be much more "useable" if the spare was mounted up higher. I'm having the carrier cut...
