mouse damage

I guess there aren't any fun finder wiring diagrams, according to earlier threads... trying to undo some mouse damage to the wiring to my water pump and the over the table dining light fixture. Any suggestions out there? How do I test continuity in these three pole switches ? I imagine one pole...
