12 v cut off switch

I have a switch in the front storage compartment of my 189FBS that totally shuts off my 12 v system. It looked a bit hokey when I bought the trailer, and sure enough one day I went to turn it on and nothing happened. Took it to dealer and of course it worked fine. Now I sit in an RV site and cannot activate my 12 v system. Battery up, but everything dead on 12 v. The switch looks substandard and feels loose. What say you.

further to the above. I discovered that the battery box contains a 30 amp fuse. While it was not blown, it was not making good contact, so was cutting out. So not my switch at all, just a dirty fuse. Worth keeping in mind if you are not getting 12 v action.
