14" tires/15" tires

It will depend on if you have enough clearance. How much space do have between the tires now? 15" wheels and tires will narrow that gap considerably, as well as the space between the top of the wheel and bottom of the wheel well. They will likely be wider as well so you'll need to verify that dimension as well.

Why do you want to go to larger wheels?

Thought it would be a better ride. I have had sway issues, added 2nd sway bar, it did not help. Ended up filling the water tank and now I have zero issues!!!!.

Have you checked your tongue weight? Not enough tongue weight is a pretty common cause of sway.

The fact that the sway problem stopped when added weight by filling the water tank suggests that might be the cause.
