2008 FFX 230DS

Greetings Campers,

We have purchased a FunFinderX 230ds this year and are picking it up next weekend. Any advice on storage and modifications would be greatly appriciated. We upgraded from a 12 ft 1954 Franklin, so the room we gained will be quite nice for the two of us and the dog.

I was glad to see such a nice forum for the CruiserRV lines.

Welcome to the forum. wish I could offer advice to your request for storage and modifications, but I would need more specific information on the areas of interest. Let us know how you like the FF-230 I have a FF-189 and will be interested in moving up in a year or so.

After getting it home, We absolutley love it we'll see how next few months go.

My 1st mod would be to add some knid of arm rests to the jack -knife couch. I also noticed a bit of a gap in the seals (corners) underneath the couch that could use some attention. I'd also like to add a storage door on the bed slide out if there is usable storage room there.

I was planning on calling Cruiser to see if they have arm rests for the sofa. I could swear I saw a picture recently of a sofa in a FF with armrests. That was one of the things we wanted to change too.

If I get a chance to call and get an answer I will post unless someone already knows?
