Sad day, over the winter a pack rat got at wires to hot water heater on top of the water tanks. The repairs are more than I can do myself anymore and it will cost too much to have an rv shop do it, so I'm going to have to let it go. If you're reasonably handy it should be a relatively straightforward repair. The converter has been upgraded to a progressive dynamics from the original WFCO. It has a Fantastic Fan above the bed and the over the range exhaust fan has been upgraded to a SAM-1. (FABULOUS OPERATING PRODUCTS LLC | SAM-1-81 | Range Hood 12 Volt Upgrade Kit - nicestoreplus). It's otherwise in good condition although the Arizona heat has caused some of the vinyl wallpaper to shrink and peel a bit. It also still has the original RV que barbecue that mounts on the side of the trailer. Asking $2000. Located in southern arizona.
