Brand new to the forum. Just got our new 266 kirb signature 2 weeks ago. Took it out on a test run last weekend. Took me almost a week of dealing with the dealer till they found the rest of the camera system. Now I found out this thing is supposed to have a vacuum system. Can anyone tell me where to look. I am afraid it may take me a month to get it out of the dealer and thought this might be faster. I've been on a jet boat forum for several years and everyone on it is so helpful. Course I've learned enough that I can help other now. Hope this one works out the same. Thanks

They don't show it on floor plan but I found in several dealer specs when they list a trailer. Appears to be either option or maybe standard on the signature series

Here is a link to my trailer specs. If you search 2017 fun finder 266 kirb you will find most dealers showing the central vac as an option-https://www.guaranty.com/vehicle/2017-cruiser-rv-fun-finder-266kirb-t35843

Am I dreaming or did someone else have this same issue recently? They said it was on their spec sheet but cound not find it. It was fairly recently.

Found it.
It was a post by Billy....
New Funfinder xtreme 28qb questions!
"Hey guys,

Picked up a new fun finder 28qb , towing with a ram 1500 2016 year. I'm having a really hard time finding any information about the 28qb, its a bunk house model, its a little cramped but I was limited in weight by my ram, but its got dual ac units and a 50amp inverter , and a back room, which we really wanted.

In the price sheet it says it has a central vac, we don't pick ip up until wed but I was overly curious about where to find this. We looked high and low and found nothing, anyone know where it might be? Also , the cruiser rv website is very very minimalistic , are these pretty solid units ? What's the warranty like on them ?

Thanks!"

I don't know how to link to the thread.

So our salesman with Guaranty just confirmed our fun finder did not come with a central vacuum even though they posted a website sales listing saying it had one. I didn't find this listing till after I bought the trailer and was trying to prove to them I had a back camera on the trailer but no monitor. They were trying to tell me it didn't have that either. Luckily I could see the little black box w/ lens and antenna duh  I like they guys there but their knowledge on this trailer has been a bit short of acceptable.

That is what I was thinking all along. The person who designed/worded the web posting listed information that was not factual. I came to this conclusion when viewing the Factory Brochure on the model that had zero mention of a central vac system.

The mis information is entirely on the dealership .. not the manufacturer.

I will say in searching this trailer and trying to learn some things there were other dealers that listed the central vacuum on this same trailer model. I have written cruiser threw the link you gave me Eagle. I'll post what they let me know. Thanks to everyone for their feedback. :)

Please do scenicjets as would love to learn of their response.

Happy camping!

Here is the reply I received from Cruiser RV-

Hello I am in the service department here at Cruiser RV and in reviewing to sales order for your unit I do see the rear view camera option that was installed on your unit but I do not see an option for adding the central vacuum system to your unit. I hope this answers your question if there is anything else I do for you please let me know

So the way I see it is the dealers are posting false information on their internet sales sheets, either from a format of their own or something Cruiser has put out there for them to use. I don't think it's right and would make an issue but unfortunately my dealer does business with my company and I am in a bad position. I did make the salesman aware and recommended he pass it along to their web people.

However, you aren't the only one to complain on here. I posted Billy's statement above. I doubt that he used the same dealer as you. So it would not be just your dealer. It has to be something Cruiser created and sent to the dealers I would think. I think I would have sent a copy to the guy at Cruiser.

I did that in my email contact with them. The same link as I posted earlier on here but doubt they really care..........

Thanks for posting the mfg response as about what I expected since the company brochures make zero mention of a central vac system in the models you and the other party purchased.

I'm of the mindset many dealerships use a basic listing format covering all models they sell with all options possible listed and whomever does their listings on the net included an option that the mfg does not provide.... which places the onus directly on the individual dealerships.

I would love to have some dealerships respond concerning this issue.

I emailed them if, in fact, the unit really does have a central vac system?

Awaiting their reply.
