I have the trailer receiver on my house account @ $7/mo. It is not really a "house" receiver, it's set up for traveling. Dish has the "pay as you go" program, but in the end, it's more expensive than what I pay now. The disadvantage to having it on the house acct is that I can't get local channels on the road. I would have to change the zip code on my acct to do that. When I'm working, it's usually outside a fairly large metro area, so the trailer's OTA antenna takes care of locals. The advantage to my set up is that on nice nights, I can set the dish up, connect the receiver to a projector and do outdoor movies on a 10 ft screen. Bought my wife a Disney inflatable screen (it has Mickey Mouse ears on it). Pulp Fiction on a Disney screen, seems so wrong yet feels so right.
