I recently purchased a 2008 FunFinder X and found that the subfloor is rotten from a hot water leak it must have had for ages.

I felt that was above my diy skills so took it to a repair place that said since it’s a bonded floor it would cost me $5500 to fix. This is way out of my budget…

Can I fix this myself? I’m going to call around but this place was recommended to me. Are there other ways to deal with the rot? Twinning the floor?

Any suggestions and/or info is helpful! Thank you!

Without cutting it open and checking what is underneath, this would probably be the best, and cheapest option.
