Cape Cod Route

We are going to go to Cape Cod from Boothbay ME and would like to drive a few hours the night before so we can get to the crossing onto the Cape before the Friday traffic is too bad. Any suggestions for places to camp overnight around the northern end of 95/128 in MA.
