I know I have read about people emailing Cruiser RV with questions before, but I have been unable to locate an email address. Can anyone provide a good point of contact, specifically an email address? I wanted to send a pic and request some assistance. Thank you.

I just called the number off the website and talked to someone that way. I did end up with an e-mail when i was customizing the trailer, but I don't think I saved it. Click on Contact on the website and you have lots of numbers to call.

I can confirm they no longer sell to an end user. All parts sales are done thru their dealer network now.

This is a change from last year when I ordered a couple items direct from Cruiser and they were shipped to my door. Apparently they had some problems with doing that so now ONLY ship parts to dealers. IF you want/need anything, you have to have your dealer order it. This is a disadvantage for me since my dealer is about 300 miles away = double shipping from Cruiser to dealer and then dealer to me.

In our 2012 210UDS, in the cabinet above the sink there is a list of contacts for just about every major camper component. Phone numbers and web addresses. I'd post a photo of it but haven't set up an online photo site I can link to.
Gotta set something up eventually.
