Hello, we recently purchased a 2011 Fun Finder Xtra X275. We have a handicapped son that is in a wheelchair. We discovered over the last couple years that he enjoys coming along camping with us. I would like to mount a boom arm to the side wall in the garage to use with a winch as a patient lift to transfer him from his wheelchair to the bed in the back. Is there a build schematic to be able to figure out where the studs and other possible mounting points are located?

I have an XT245 toy hauler. I would never trust the wall to support a cantilevered load. I think you would have to build a frame from Unistrut with four legs down to the floor. https://www.homedepot.com/s/uni str...-_-1|1|1-_-typeahead-v2-search-api-_-unistrut
Or look at a stand-alone roll around lift (Amazon.com) or a HappiJack bed lift attached to both walls and resting on the floor. Search results for happijac
Or, put a bed in the cargo area and use the existing HappiJac bed lift frame to lift your son.

This is my first go round with this style camper with the fiberglass and insulated walls. Feels like these are not as conducive to remodeling and revamping as what the stick and tin style campers are. I was hoping to make the camper pretty self contained for him, and my wife, but I think we may just end up bringing our roll around lift (Hoyer) with us to make things easier.
