Well.......
Being stuck at home does give one time to think, plan and order parts on line. Nothing major just the little stuff.
I replaced the broken roof gutter extensions and did my spring roof inspection and caulk. That felt so good I've ordered cabinet door struts, a new entry door lock and window frame.
Those parts should be here today.
Looking at new reading lights and I'm gonna repaint the front frame/hitch area.

If this keeps up we'll have a new rig one piece at a time.:D

What y'all doing?

Alan

To cold here yet to do any projects outside. 34 degrees out now.
Forecast is for snow again tonight and Sunday. Last we had was about a week ago but it all melted and we are out of snow right now.
:-O

Well the weather down in Florida is sunny and 90 degrees. Unfortunately, my trailer is in Michigan. In about another month we will be going back to the Great Lakes state, provided they let us cross the border.

Been to Florida twice, both times in the late fall....Orlando and Miami.

Far to hot and muggy so don't plan to ever go there again.

:)

Yeah, I've been inventing projects to keep myself busy -- but there are only so many "improvements" that can be made. Meantime, the whole southwest sits empty, just calling out to me to go boondocking, while we are stuck at home.

And right nearby, my favorite surf breaks are empty, just calling out to me. I can even see them on the webcams. The waves break and no one rides them.
Look but don't touch.

Oh, well. There is no way to avoid this problem, except by hiding at home and biding our time.

Professor, we feel your pain. Wanna GO baaddd.....make some miles/smiles.!!
Oh well.
I R&R'd the door lock this morning. New one works (and looks) better than the 15 year old one. Replaced a couple of the cabinet door struts so far. Decided to save something for later ...
Bad thunder storms, large hail and elevated risk of tornados tonight. Hope I don't have more to do next week.

New window frame and door lock ....

Wire brush and paint for the frame ....

Playing around with some different window/shade coverings ....

Odds and ends. We're going camping soon. ;)

I plan to bring my camper home from "winter storage" possibly tomorrow.

Probably won't do much with it since still some below freezing temps ahead for awhile.

As such, can only do some interior cleaning and check various systems but no water added for awhile.

Not sure when will be going on a venture. With so many things closed, once one got someplace, probably wouldn't be anything to do anyway.

Sure hope this re-opening of the country with the 3 step approach works well and all gets back to normal soon.

I had great plans of finishing up some painting and siding work, but then my parents had a pipe burst over their living room so my attention has been diverted. I'm hoping Sunday I'll be able to get back at it. Frida is dull grey on the inside, very depressing, so I've been watching tips and tricks on painting and installing decorative plastic siding around the bed area. Fingers crossed I don't make it look like a failed craft project!
