Long timers may already know/do this. But I'm kinda new to the RV/Travel Trailer game.
Refrigerators must drain accumulated water. There's a water collection tray in the refrigerator (under the cooling fins) that feeds into a drain spout. There is a drain hose connected to the spout that runs from the back of the refrigerator, down the wall and usually out through the refrigerator vent panel.
1. Check the drain tube-make sure it is positioned through a vent and properly draining outside the trailer.
2. Every now and then you might want to remove the vent covering and "stretch" the excess hose to drain the accumulated water. If the water doesn't drain out it can back up and "flood" your collection tray.
Due to the heat in the space (propane mode) the drain tube can (and will) become brittle, break and then drain into to the area creating water damage.
