electrical feedback

It seems that depending where I'm hooked up at, I'm getting AC voltage between exterior metal surfaces and the ground. The bonding ground between the electrical box and the frame seems to be OK and a socket tester reveals no open grounds or reverse polarity. If the ground is wet, the feedeback has been a little on the high side. I'm going to take it in to get checked out by a repair center, but any helpful input or advise would br greatly appreciated.

It does

not do it everywhere. I noticed it and home, and it was a faulty ground in my home wiring. I fixed it and it went to nothing before I left to camp. When I got to the campground, I read 5.5 to 6 volts plugged in, not enough to hurt, but enough to show up. I don't know what it'd of been if it had rained. When I got home, I washed the awning before I cleaned the inside. Since I don't have 30 amps to run the A/C i plugged the camper in to run a box fan and checked to the wet ground, and sure enough, where there was no voltage, now there was. I really think part of the problem may be my older houses' wiring, but the line going to the camper is grounded and polarity correct.

they appear

They appear to be OK. I got an OK reading on my campers 110 plugs, but did not test the box plugs. If you run a jumper from the nuetral to the ground, you can fool some plug testers, but surely they wouldn't do that. I wouldn't be comfortable opening their box to see if they did anyhow. My local RV shop suggested a wire may be rubbed raw and intermittently making contact. I guess I'm gonna bite the bullet and take it in. I don't have the time to trace down all those wires.
