We ordered a set of brakes that we needed for our trailer on etrailer.com website. The order said that all parts were in STOCK. The order came to over $100.00 which came with free shipping. We took an ADDITIONAL shipping charge to get these brakes in THREE days. We heard nothing from the company, so after day two, my husband gave them a call to make sure they were shipped because we needed them now. They said that the brakes have to come from their manufacturer and then when they received them, they would send them out. It would probably take about two weeks. We received no notification of this from this company and he really could of cared less on the phone. We cancelled the order and will never do business with them again. Who can wait two weeks for brakes which are suppose to be in stock?? Bad Company!!
