Dberg,

I installed one on my 2008 189FBS and it works like a champ! it was an easy install. I bought a couple feet of hose, the appropriate threaded connectors with barbed ends, and some small hose clamps. It took about a half an hour to install.

It quieted the pump down a great deal. The added bonus is that it maintains the pressure so that if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you can do so without kicking on the pump as long as you don't let the water run too much.

same here

you can fit the tank so a single line comes out to it from a tee on the high pressure side of the pump making instalation easier. another thing that quieted our pump was rubber isolating feet where the pump is screwed down onto the floor and foam pipe insulation wherever the pex came in contact with wood as the pump's vibrations cause the pex to rattle against anything it touches.
