Factory warrenty service

Tried calling the factory for warranty service...I think peggy is in charge of the the answering service..I've tried for 45min and left 2 message one with the switchboard and one with parts ...I'll find out if they sell the lower skylite for preventing condensation and that will tell me if they are still building the cruisers and finders the same...MORE TO COME

I did call Cruiser rv...They did call back ...I sent a bunch of pictures .I should find out more soon...
