Hi All - looking for some input on how to handle the issue of rain puddling on awning of this particular model of Fun Finder. When we have the slide out in front the awning actually rest on the slide. Mentioned to dealer that the awning might be mounted too low but it can't be mounted any higher. Rained last night while camping so pulled awning in some but water still puddled. Next we are thinking we might have to bring in kitchen slide so we can tilt awning. Dealer told us it is poor design - any body have any ideas out there? This is the third Fun Finder we have had but the first with a slide on both sides of camper. Thanks for your input.

Hmm, that's an interesting problem. My idea is to put an inflatable ball on top of the slide to create a slight peak to prevent puddling. I do that with my outdoor furniture over the winter with a ball and a tarp, works great. Good luck and happy camping!

If you look at the bracing that holds up the awning, it has a hinged joint in it. You can manually "un-straighten" that joint, and it will cause the awning to tilt to one side.
