First trip 2011 189FBS, some issues

First big trip with Funfinder 189FBS, approx. 3000 miles. I noticed shower wall enclosure (thin plastic) where plastic ribbet located I have a 6 inch crack. I think its probably from vibration?.
Also I noticed about in the middle of my trailer floor there seems to be a slight indentation (dip) across laminated floor?
Anyone else experience these problems!
