getting to the furnace

Still trying to troubleshoot our non-working furnace (210WBS). My husband is only able to pull the furnace out a few inches before the wires on the back restrict it. Does anyone know how to get to the furnace so various items can be checked?

Anyone know of a maintenance manual specific to Fun Finders that might be available?

Thanks!
Cindy

"Did you make sure the screw valve is open on the outside ?"

Where is the screw valve? Is it something that would arbitrarily become closed? The heat worked in the spring and we haven't purposely touched anything on the furnace since then.

Its something you wouldn,t close exept for storage.

I guess you checked the on off switch on the inside on the furnice ?
maybe the thermostat is defective you could remove it and jump the wires ?

Check the fuse panel ?

"I guess you checked the on off switch on the inside on the furnice ?"

Michael mentioned that he saw a switch on the furnace that looked like an on/off switch. But because he can't pull the unit out far enough he couldn't tell if it was on or off.

Yes. The blower comes on, but no heat. We do hear clicking like it's trying to light. Fridge, stove and hot water heater are working fine.

Most likely, you have a restriction in the LP burner pipe. Spiders, in particular, bugs in general, like to go into the burner assembly through the outside vent holes. A spider web in the burner tube is enough to keep it from igniting...your unit, evidently wants to work since the blower starts and the igniter is clicking, it just isn't getting gas to light...

They make screens to put over the vent holes for the furnace, water heater and refridgerator; good investment in bug prevention.

RV Repair man came on Thursday to look at the furnace. Turned out to be a bad igniter on the control board. Unfortunately, that particular board was on order. We were fine on our weekend trip with the generator and electrical heater during the day. Warm enough at night with a down comforter. It was about 40 degrees inside when we got up each morning which wasn't bad at all.

Furnace

What problem are you having, we just purchased a FunFinderX210WBS and are also having furnace problems. The furnace will only work when the outside temp is 40 degrees or lower, anything above that and it will not work.
Trying to resolve with the Dealer at this time and Dometic, who makes the AC unit which the furnace is controled by.

The blower would turn on with our furnace, but it never generated heat. Then the blower would shut down. Our furnace is a separate unit from the AC.

Good luck with yours!
