Hello to all, recently purchased a 2015 241 LRK- we are not new to this, previously owned a Microlite 21FBRS and decided we needed something with a bit more room. First outing scheduled for the upcoming weekend. Will let you know how things go. :)

Hey FunFinder15,

We have a lot in common (see signature at bottom)
Also, our FF 214WSD is our third trailer purchased in 14 months so it didn't take us long to figure out what we really wanted and needed. You can see our brief history in the links below. We'll be spending more than 6 months in our FF this year so we're pretty well commited (or should be) :D

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Looking forward to the upcoming camping season. Bring on the Summer and my Happy Place! Husband and I love being out in the woods. We camp mostly at State Parks and County Parks. Love to check out new areas. Anyone know of nice parks near Indiana, Lake Michigan, Kentucky or Tennessee areas. HAPPY CAMPING TO ALL!

Be sure to check out the Canal CG at Land Between the Lakes in KY! Hillman's Ferry at LBL is also a good choice. Have fun and welcome!

We've stayed at Lake Barkley State Park before and were impressed by their showers. It's an older facility but well maintained. The lodge is beautiful and a nice place to eat dinner. Ken Lake State Park is also nice and there's a KOA at Paris Landing, but we've never been there.

You are lucky to get a spot in a state park there. Here the state park rv sites can be reserved 60 days in advance. Trying to get a spot a week or so in advance of a visit is near impossible unless it's a Tue, Wed or Thu. I don't like making plans 60 days ahead because of possible variances so have given up on using state parks.
