Help needed

Glad people are able use the new format. I am frustrated. First the update changed my user name from N&K to Namp;K. This caused my sign in information to be invalid. I tried to change my password using the embedded system. My password was reset set and as I tried to use the system to change my password an error message system came up. Right now I don't know which password is valid; my password memory software does not have the updated sign-in information; when I sign-out of the forum I don't know what my valid sign-in is so I may not be able to get back in. I also am not able to create a new user name because the system only allows one user name per email address. Not sure what to do at this point.

Any help? Sorry if this sounds like complaining - I am frustrated.

I am glad that I was able to sign back in. Even an old memory works sometimes. I still would like to change my user name if this can be done. If the solution requires deleting the original account, please let me know this is being done because I won't be able to sign in at that point.

Your username has been changed back. It looks like the software conversion borked usernames that had special characters so thanks for bringing this up.
