I have a strange question and maybe its not.
I have a suburban water heater 6 gal I think its a sw6ed
The reset buttons need to be replaced. The ele side was no good.
I broke off the brass stud/ bolt that holds the reset button part in place.
Its the reset on the outside above the propane tube. There are two reset buttons.
Some of the bolt is showing what could I use to keep the switch in position? I was thinking J-B weld but if I have to replace it I'm in trouble again. Or some plumbers putty?
I also need to know the size of the nut that holds the reset button it in place?

The part number I'm replacing is the 12CV 130* 1NT22A 5283 1141 these are the numbers on the back of the part.
Thanks for the help
