Is This A Good Deal??

Hi, I’m looking at possibly getting a 2014 F210WBS 22 foot Fun Finder for $17,000. The add says it’s in great shape. Before driving to look at it was wondering what everyone thinks of that price? What are some of the pros and cons of that model? It’s just my girlfriend, our dog and myself. Any help or information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
