The sticker calls it a 4/2011 model....the sellers say she is a 2012...

Did it come with a rear bumper from the factory?

No bearing maintenance since they have owned it....worth getting brakes and bearings checked at a RV shop?

Overall, very well cared for and spotless inside. Just a few mechanical things ...

Not sure about the washers. I think there's a torque spec for the bolts.

I would did the junk stock shackles in favor of heavy-duty ones. I wore oval holes at each end, and actually broke one.

I don't believe that they had rear bumpers. The spare doesn't count.

Yes, that's normal for the water tank. I had a problem with mine where when I was refilling at a truck stop it actually grew so much that it actually squeezed itself out of the mount. After that I remounted it, but also got a set of ratchet straps to run underneath it. I didn't want it to pop out at an opportune moment (in front of the axles). Not sure it was completely necessary, but I felt more secure with 'em on there.

Normal? If just loose and no axle movement, I probably would check bolts for wear, replace as required, tighten, and torque.

Also the water tank is free floating....normal? Mine floats... I checked with two trailer places and was told that is normal... I have blocks in place that allow some movement, but prevent sliding into valves and hoses, etc.

No bearing maintenance since they have owned it....worth getting brakes and bearings checked at a RV shop? Absolutely, pull, clean, inspect, and repack bearings (I never use the boat trailer zirks, but that's me)... A lost trailer wheel at highway speed is not pretty...

Overall, very well cared for and spotless inside. Just a few mechanical things ...

Please see my answers above... they should be red...
My spare is mounted under the tongue on a crank up/down mechanism...

The walk around looks nice (Pretty Trailer)...
How does the slide work, any signs of leaks or damage??
Was there a bunk over the bed originally... I like the cabinets though??

I put several plumbing pipe straps under my water tank -- not sure they accomplish anything, but I feel better. Have never had a problem with the tank, despite lots of bumpy towing.
