The trailer did, not me. I got the decals removed. It looks 100% better. There is some "ghosting" where the skin under the decals hasn't faded, but even that looks better than cracked, peeling decals. I think that with some good polishing, the "ghosts" can be blended to become much less noticeable. I am going to replaced the Fun Finder X decals on the sides and rear. They won't be in the factory style, but they will look good. I'm also gong to replace the decal on the front window shield. It was missing when I bought the trailer. I washed the whole trailer by hand, using a bleach based cleaner (washed it w/soap & water the other day), and all the mold/mildew spots are gone.

Thanks, I do too. The new name decals will have the Fun Finder X in silver with a black shadow. My tow vehicles are black and silver, so why not?

I too like the many of the decals removed. I took all the "funfinder X" decals off ( except the left side ) when my trailer was just 6 months old. It was made in April 2011, and I removed them in Dec 2011. There was ghosting, and you can still see it now in 2017 if you really look for it. It's been compounded and waxed many times, but it's still there. But it's still an improvement.

Wow ~ with all the people removing the decals/names on their campers, it's not wonder many say they have never seen another one anywhere.

:)

I'm going to go back with the "Fun Finder X" name, but in a different format & different colors. I think having the name on is important, especially for resale. The "swooshes", not so much.

Marti - I'm not really sure. After the decals came off, I went over the whole thing with a bleach. Ased cleaner. Made a world of difference. I even waxed the 2 sides. That was way more work than I wanted to do!

What did you use to remove the decals?

On our trailer, the red and silver decals still look fairly good, but the orange one are faded and pealing.

Has anyone found replacement "swooshes"?
