Leaking front end - how to remove interior panels?

I've got some serious leaking issues in the front end of my 2007 189FBS. It appears that I have a roof/marker light leak and it's running down the inside of the nose and leaking out via the front window. Finding a ton of mildew behind some trim pieces, so I've started tearing apart the interior but cannot figure out how to remove the interior panels. I see no nail heads? Also there is a rubber trim piece where the walls and ceiling meet that appears to be nailed every 8 inches or so, but again, I can't see any nail heads. Is it at all possible that these are attached from the outside?

Any advice how to remove the interior panels?

I think I can handle R&R of the interior if I can just figure out how to non-destructively remove the interior trim. (The fiberglass exterior is another matter, I really don't want to mess with it at all.)

I have a 2012 model, most of the paneling is stapled down, trim covers that up, small single head staples about 1/4 to 3/8 in length.

Yeah, I've pulled off all the trims and moldings available and no nail/staple/screw heads are evident, not even puttied over.
Just called Cruiser and the one guy I spoke with thinks they're screwed from outside...

My guess would be adhesive, maybe try a putty knife and see if you can work it loose.
