Has anyone out there replaced their original equipment tail lights with LED tail light units? I have seen them on the newer travel trailers and they are considerably brighter than regular lights.

I upgraded the lighting on my '08 FunFinder 210-WBS and my Cougar 318SAB.

Your '08 FunFinder should have tail lights by Command Electronics, here is the link:

Command Electronic Tail Light LED Upgrade

Unfortunately, the Cougar used Barqman lights and they didn't have an "upgrade" kit for the tail lights. I wound up having to replace the entire tail light assembly. Easy enough to do, but, not as easy as the Command upgrade. LED change was a worthwhile investment; much brighter for safety and visual impact.

This is exactly what I have been looking for! I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire tail light assembly, but it appears to be a simple installation. :D

Thank you!
