I have just added a 2.25" Leveling kit on my 2014 Silverado, just wondering if anyone else has done this and if they had to adjust the load leveling system for the trailer. This is not a total lift kit it is just a 2.25 lift in the front. Before and after pics. Silverado

When I went from a 1/2 pickup to a 3/4 ton, I reset the hitch ball mount on my Equal-i-zer hitch for proper alignment.

The 3/4 ton pickup sets some higher than the 1/2 ton.

Yes I understand that, that was two different trucks. This is the same truck with only the front lifted, just wondering if anyone else has done this and how it may effect the angle of the equalizer hitch with the same trailer. I will adjust it if needed just asking the question.

No personal experience with a leveling kit, but I did just finish setting up my Equal-i-zer hitch and I'm thinking that things probably won't change.

While the height of the front fender from the ground should be higher both with and without the Equal-i-zer bars connected, the difference between the loaded and unloaded measurements should be the same as all you've done is change height, not load/weight transfer. That's my guess anyway - I'm interested to see what the new measurements are.
