Just got a MaxxFan from Camping World, and I'll install that puppy this week...I'm psyched! This should be cool.

Installed today, went in nice 'n easy...and a huge step up from the stock fan/vent. Hopefully the trailer will be a little less swampy this summer when I hit some really humid places.

How is the noise level? Their website doesn't mention anything about noise levels that I could find. Although anything would likely be an improvement over the stock vent fan.

Well, at max RPM it is a bit like an airplane taking off, but on the other hand, it has enough suction that anything not tied down is inching towards the fan.

At low RPM? It's very quiet...much quieter than the tiny stock fan that came with the trailer.

Have you considered moving the stock fan to the bathroom? If you do, let me know how that goes.

Haven't gotten that far. Today's projects are a new water pump (the stock one is rated at 3.0 gallons per minute, but I think that's 2.5 gallons of water, and the rest is air under pressure), and a Eurotop mattress.

Yep, I did a Camping World run.
