Mouse eaten wiring 2015 FF

I guess there aren't any fun finder wiring diagrams, according to earlier threads... trying to undo some mouse damage to the wiring to my water pump and the over the table dining light fixture. Any suggestions out there? How do I test continuity in these three pole switches ? I imagine one pole is from the step down transformer, and one is from the 12 volt system, right? I'm taking the thing apart and physically tracing the wires, but I'm also wondering if I could find a spot and just clip the wire and rewire it back from the fixture to the control panel. 2015 Fun Finder - it was my residence until 2022, so lots of stationary use while we were rebuilding after the fire, and it's been parked unoccupied for 2+ years, but the last mouse has gone and died at least a year ago so I'm just cleaning up the mess, doing maintenence and getting it ready for travel. Both the pump and light should be 12v DC, the water pump for sure.

Not sure what you are asking, need more information

Mice can, obviously, be a problem! RE: the gnawed wiring, can the actual damage be visualized or is it somewhere along the circuit path? If you can see the damage, why not just splice in new sections?
