Hi. I have a 2012 Fun Finder Xtra xt276. I purchased it in 2017. Everything seemed fine, until a tow truck strapped down the front.
After getting the trailer back after repairs, all of a sudden the wallpaper/wall around the window at foot of bed starts disintegrating. I was told the the wood is rotten and there was or had been a leak for a long time (never even suspected this, as there were no signs).
I want to sell it (wanted to even before the "damage" came to light).
Should I sell as is, or repair it then sell it? Have no idea how to value you it to sell as is.

Very typical for these trailers. If there's any water egress from the upper clearance lights or the transition to the diamond plate you're in for a world of hurt. I was lucky that my insurance paid for it. My whole front end collapsed on the highway from rot. I had a company replace all the rotted wood and restore it. It was about 6k back in 2010.

I did the last trailer myself, but since the insurance was paying I didn't bother. These trailers all have these issues, but it just means you have to be on top of the maintenance. If not this happens. But other than that these are great units.

Sorry for the troubles you're going through.
