We just ordered a 2012 FF 214WSD, will be going to see our actual unit in a couple weeks, and will pick it up for the season at the end of April. We are excited and nervous at the same time as we are upgrading from a pop up. The FF just seems so big but we love the layout. We plan on doing a couple close trips at first to get use to the feel of towing such a large unit.

Looking forward to sharing experiences on here.

Happy camping!

Congrats and have fun ! Get a good weight distribution hitch, and take it slow in the beginning, and you'll be good to go. Oh yeah....required for the fun here....you have to post up photos of the new camper ! LOL

Done deal

We went Friday and did a walk through of our unit (214wsd) and did the paperwork, so it's final :). We asked that they made a modification to the dinette in that they add 2 pull out drawers under the seats (like the 210usd unit has) they turned out great! Looks as though they were meant to be there. The only thing I was upset about was the shower door, it opened backwards from all the WSD units we saw. It's very awkward and a pain. They are going to see if anything can be done about it. But since we customized it before we saw it, there is no turning back. I will say the dealer has been great to work with and prices have been reasonable. All in all we are happy and super excited for our first camping trip. I will post pictures as soon as I figure out how.
