We just bought this trailer last weekend and need to make a few repairs and adjustments before taking it out for our first trial weekend. From reading here, we see that we need to replace one of the original Mission tires. Looks like the other four have been replaced already.

Right now, Hubby is doing all the exterior repair and maintenance stuff and I'm doing inside, trying to make the most of the space. Those corner cabinets in the bathroom and the deep upper cabinet over the big closet have me stumped.

The last owner forgot to lower the antenna one time so we need to replace that, hopefully with something better, and we were thrilled to see that it came with a screened room kit that has never been used.

Welcome to the forum! Be sure to check the date code on all of the tires. This is a 4 digit code on the sidewall that indicates when the tire was made. For example: 3412 indicates the tire was made in the 34th week of 2012. If the tires are more than 5 years old I would recommend replacing them all. Trailer tires should be replaced every 5-7 years regardless of wear and watch date code to be sure you're not being sold old tires. The tire guy will tell you it doesn't matter but the manufacturers say it does.
