Just joined forum. Glad to find other Fun Finder owners.
We bought our FF X189FD in August. It was a new 2007 model. We have been on four trips to state, Corps of Engineer parks and a KOA. All of the trips so far have only been less than 100 miles each way. Still learning about towing and watching gas mileage. The trailer tows great. I have an equalizer hitch with an anti-sway bar. Even in the wind with big trucks passing, the trailer tracked straight.
We have set up the dinette as a full-time bed since there are just the two of us. We did use the upper bunk for our granddaughter on one trip. That seemed to work fine, just a little crowded with the 3 of us in there.
There are a couple of things that Cruiser could do better on this trailer. One is the location of the bracket for the outside grill. Another is the location of the outside light. If the door is open it blocks the light.
