New to RVing

He there, my husband and I just bought a 2013 210WBS. This is the first rv we have owned so we are gearing up to practice backing and driving it etc. We are trying to decide on a good camping/rv magazine to subscribe to and also whether to join any rv groups like good sam so we can get discounts on campgrounds. I am also looking for a good book on rving since we know nothing about them are just learning. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. We love our new fun finder. We wanted something green certified and were looking at the Visa's but the Fun Finder is so much nicer on the inside, the quality of the inside is the best we looked at in the smaller models we considered. We are also excited to start the rv life since we plan to travel full time in one once he retires from the military.

With a Good Sam membership you not only get discounts at camping sites but also at Camping World. And there is also a monthly magazine, plus their website has forums for information exchange as well as ratings for most campgrounds. Be warned though, they tend to send a lot of junk mail for their insurance products.
