No floor insulation on Cruiser XT276, why?

My old Coachmen had it, just curious why it's not on the Cruiser. Exposed water pipes, no insulating properties just seems cheap to me. Is it not needed now days? Or is this a weight saving thing? Or modern day water pipes not as prone to freezing these days?

We plan to try and go to Nola Motorsports park for a race weekend Jan 25-27. Weather has been unseasonably cold down here this year. Forecast might have lows in the low 30's that weekend. Maybe not in New Orleans but I gotta drive down 185 miles north of there and it will get cold here. Should I be concerned with full water in the system and tank? It's winterized right now but I was planning on dewinterizing right before departure. Then winterize it once I get back that Sunday night or if time permits before I leave the racetrack. Nola has a Rv dump station on sight.

So back to the no insulation under the floor. I think the Coachem held heat and cool air better due to having floor insulation. Exposed water pipes have always bothered me about this Cruiser product.

Yeah most FF/SC aren't all season. Wish they were.

We went camping a Thanksgiving weekend year before last. Days were pretty decent, low 50's, but one night it got to 32 and our lines froze. Luckily we were with my in laws and their all season Big Horn.
