No Heat

Discovered over the weekend that we have no heat in our 2008 (?) 210WBS. The fan blows air but it never heats up. The fan then turns off after about 10 minutes. Stove, hot water heater and frig were all working fine. Any suggestions?

I think there a screw valve on the outside(removable vent)
That might be the trouble.
When winterizing you shut that valve.
It was off when I received my camper.
