Our 230DS came with a gas grill. I've never had one. Apart from no where to store it in the rv, how do you keep it clean? By that I mean if you are out rving and use the grill, how do you clean it before storage or do you wait until you get home?

Sounds kind of silly but for me a bit problematic. We are thinking we may just use it at home

thanks

I have one as well, but I can't answer your question because I've never used it. Camping World sells covers for portable grills that might work. I guess I've always been a bit concerned that heat might damage the trailer wall.

Thanks for answering. I didn't consider that. It has legs I think so it could be used on some type of stand, concrete picnic table or campsite bbq. I think I will bring it home and see how it works. I'm not a big bbq'er but our friends in the U.S. have a gas grill, in minutes it's ready to cook. I like that part, but the clean up doesn't thrill me.

Gas grill

Unpacking, assembling, and cleaning the included gas grill is such a pain that mine occupies a permanent place of honor in the storage compartment. It's a great way to keep the tool box from bumping against the lawn chairs.

Fortunately, our 210WBS has a storage bay for the grill... Just the right size for my Weber Q120 grill. As for cleaning, I shut it off when done and after eating, I wipe it down (the grill part) with a paper towel, fire it back up on "high" for about 5 minutes to burn the remainder off and call it a day. Done until the next time I use it and at that time, I'll take a brush to the grill to knock of any of the char that might be there. The Weber Q series have a grease pan and I discard that as needed. No special "cleaning" required between seasons of use...
