Outside sspeakers on 245 toyhauler

We bought a 2009 245 toyhauler and we can,t turn the outside speakers off. The factory said there should be a switch. We can't find one. There is a switch on the amp. that will allow us to turn off the inside speakers,but the outside ones stay on, so I asume it is wired wrong. I pulled the speaker wires on the amp and I could turn off the inside speakers but not the outside ones. Has anyone had to rewire theirs and if so can you tell me what you did.

Do the outside speakers turn off when you turn the inside ones off?

Which stereo system do you have? Mine has the Jensen (don't remember the #) and it has 3 seperate switches - A, B & C - one for inside, one for outside and one unused extra.

No. The outside speakers stay on when the inside speakers are off. It does have one switch with 3 positions. Our unit has a Sony.
