pull out won't retract

My 2013 ff x244rbs pullout won't retract the last inch or so. The bracing at the bottom moves out at the bottom instead of pulling the pullout all the way.

What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Does your slide out have a sofa with storage underneath? Sounds like something is binding.

Yes, the slide mechanism pushes the outside trim panel out instead of pulling the slide in.
